Those require a chip burner if I remember correctly.

I don't know whats inside the ECM of the Talon, but if there's a Chip which is compatible with the 27c32, 27c256, 27c512, etc. you could reflash it.
There may be a XDF or ECU file on the Net which can be used with Programs like TunerPro. So you don't have to find every single value and table by yourself. If that is the case, you could read it with a Programmer, modify it und burn it back into the chip.
I reflashed the ECM of my buddy's Firebird several times and it works great.

what year firebird was it. my brother has a 92 formula and we would like to reprogram it but not sure how or where to get the stuff to do it.
