I think the video is a success. It looks very informative.

One thing I would recommend-make the blu-ray version available. You're already recording in hi-def, it would be a waist not to. I've done video editing and if you have no interest in publishing in hi-def, there are more drawbacks than advantages in recording in hi-def.

The video is very informative and easy to understand. So how long will the full version last? Couple hours?

The final cut is just about 2hrs in length, conveniently separated into chapters for easy reference later.

MSRP will be $249.95 with 100% of that to be credited toward the registration fee if you decide to take the Advanced GM Tuning Class within one year. Those who sign up for the Advanced GM Tuning Class will receive the DVD for FREE if they haven't already bought it. (...and used their receipt to get the credit toward the class!)

My aim is to continue providing the best instruction in the industry at reasonable prices. This introductory DVD covers more important topics than many other advanced materials/classes I've seen floated out there at a fraction of the price. Hopefully this will be enough to get most beginners up and running with a minimum of headaches.

Got your Engine Management book Greg and have started reading it.
I really didn't know that this was your book. lol
The DVD sounds interesting although a bit expensive.
But you get what you pay for too.
Looking forward to more of your work.

Just a quick update, guys. I've got everything all set with Summit to handle ordering and distribution. This is a big deal because they have agreed to stock it and can ship same day anywhere on the planet, along with the ability to order 24-7 by phone or internet. You could ask for an easier process or better customer support than Summit delivers.

The DVD will be available under part number SME-DVD-1, and you can pre-order starting tomorrow. (You will only be charged once Summit actually ships your order, as is their standard practice.) I anticipate having production copies to them early next week, so they'll start shipping as soon as possible from Summit.

Remember that 100% of the purchase price can be applied to the Advanced GM training class within 1 year as well. I will be making more of these classes available to fit demand as my schedule allows.

I'm not set up for mass distribution anywhere near as well as Summit, so I've opted to allow my distributor(s) handle individual orders. I've spoken with the HPT team about having them sell it as well, possibly as a package deal with new software purchases, but that's ultimately up to them.

Well if they're going to possibly do a GP, then I'll wait until then.
I'm in on this but am waiting for this thing to get started and get things rolling.
Btw, I'm on Chapter 8 of the book, and pretty good reading so far.
It's not exactly what I expected but the information is good albeit a bit remedial for those with a pretty good knowledge of cars.
All in all, a good book so far.

I guess I should order the book now. Greg, anyother book you recommend for tuning? Order $25 from Amazon and shipping is free.

Any chance on a hi-def version? If I'm gonna spend that much I'd like my quality
