97 firebird help RUSS K

ok this is wierd, and is also the first time this has happend to me... for some reason it only shows that it is at 79% throttle when i go full throttle... and the with the wide band o2 sensor in and it is hooked up correctly it shows a constant 10.0 and with the other 02 sensors it shows 100 all across the histogram. also the changes that i made to the transmission didnt have any effect... it still acts the same and still shifts the same, this is so wierd any ideas on what the hell is going on?
