Generally receive that code when you have a VATS issue, using a PCM where the VATS hasn't been relinked or someone has been dicking with the PCM and written an entire file and therefore VIN to something non original.

Try a VATS are-link and that should solve the P1626. The P1336 seems immature, so try the relink first and see if it goes away otherwise I am suspecting that you are working on some sort of project donor car where the engine/PCM is not in its original car and you *may* need a to perform a CASE learn or there may be an issue with wiring/crank sensor itself but wouldn't be the first thing I'd check.
