MPVI box suddenly dead!!!!!

my MPVI crapped out, worked fine, tranferred from one car to the next to complete tuning there and suddenly no more diagnostic LED's, nothing.

Laptop can longer find it.

when I use my second MPVI as soon as I connect to diagnostic port the power LED lights up, on my main nothing

how to get it repaires ASAP, where to ship from overseas? I need it back mega urgently as racing season just started and all licenses are on that one
