Windows is not recognizing the interface when connected. I get a green power light on the interface, but windows doesn;t acknowledge that any think is connected? Have tried two different usb cables. Have downloaded and installed 2.24

Try installing the drivers found in the help file & getting started section sticky.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
