    08 G8 Gt 2 Bar

    Upgraded to a 2 bar map OS and copied the values back to "run" with a 1 bar sensor. But with no luck, the car will start and Idle for about 5 seconds then shut down.

    Any Ideas?

    post your tune file and i will let you know where you have gone wrong , i regurly do 2bar e38 and dont have any problems

    Your new 2Bar SD tune VE tables are all zeros by default. Did you create a VE table from your Speed Density Equation Parameters for your new 2Bar tune?

    If not, it's prob starting up under the cranking air tables and then shutting off when it tries to run on the zeroed out VE table.
