    TCC Problems in 4L80

    I just installed a 5.3 4l80 into my S10, and I noticed the TCC is not staying locked.

    It seems to work just fine for a few minutes, and then quits. Sometimes turning the engine off for a minute or two will get it working again, but only for a few minutes.

    I thought it might be temp. related, but in logging the temp doesn't look bad at all.

    I've added my tune, log, and the scanner CFG.

    Log misfire. If you are getting a lot of misfire the TCC will be commanded off.
    You can use the scanner to manually lock the TCC as a diagnostic as well.
