I tried to change the tire size on this new style 08 Chev K2500 6.6 LMM but I got this message: "File not supported-Definition failed to load. Please e-mail this file to [email protected] with a VCM Suite Info log." I e-mailed but no responce yet. I have version 2.2.0.0 and have tuned an 07 and 08 new style gasoline with no problems. What am I doing wrong?
Did you send the file & a vcm suite infolog to support?

I looked under help but I can't figure out how to do that.
Open your email software, click new mail message, a new window should open, click attach-file attachement and find the .hpt file that you saved and send it. A vcm suite infolog as outlined in the help file is great but your serial number will likely do fine in this case as well, but again doing a vcm suite infolog is outlined right in our help file under contacting customer support.
