06 GMC Reflashed at dealer and now this?

I tuned this truck last year and the owner had me reflash the stock tune before he went to the dealer. Today I tried to reflash his truck and I got this? His invoice says ECM Reflash. How do I fix this?

I had this same problem with a gas 07 Truck. I down loaded the new flash file GM installed and did a copy paste of the old file onto the new file.

After I pull the tune, it locks up and I can't edit it. Other wise I would do this too.

I finally got another log file scanned and I emailed it with the stock tune to support@hptuners. Please see if you can fix this for me.
