    Hello, im a bigtime newbie, plz bare with me.
    ok, as i understand it...obd-II is a big hindorance, and this is why by adding tons of bolt-on mods on my 2.4...i can ONLY achieve a 14.7 in the 1/4 mile...
    how do i get rid of obd-2? buy a haltech computer for $1400? or do you guys have a better option for me?
    this is really discouraging...im not doing ANY more mods to my car until i solve this problem!
    plz help me.

    here's some info on what OBDII is..

    14.7 with only bolt-ons is pretty good. To make real power you'll need to get some internal stuff (cams, compression, ported head, etc).
    The more air you can move through the engine, the more fuel you'll need and thats where you will want to start messing with the computer.

    You should get some scanner software and cables so you can monitor your fuel trims and knock events. That way you can tell if you have any shortfalls with the stock system
