About 3 weeks ago, i switched to obd2 wiring harness and computer out of a 2000 grand am.....so the problem i'm having is that the car is bogging at wot.... why would it do this???? maybe car is thinking its in limp mode??? We'll need more info... logs, swap details, etc.

However from the info provided, I will assume that it's a MAF cal issue. When you did the swap, you probably custom fabbed an intake, thus affecting the flow around the MAF.
Again, it's hard to tell without more info.

Honestly, it's really hard to say what the problem is, without seeing a scan or something.

The thing is, when doing a swap, a lot of parts are 'custom fabbed'. These parts can potentially throw off a tune. Using a canned tune for X vehicle may not be the right way to go, and could make things worse. A custom tune is probably the best way to go.

Why is it that most motor swaps go this way?
Ton of cash into the swap, zero funds left to get the tune to work right.

As mentioned in the reply to your PM; unless you have an HPT system, it's not very possible to tune through the net. You'd need a way to scan the car, and a way to flash in the tune.

Are you sure that the engine and tranny were a package?
P0753, P0758, P1860 are all automatic transmission codes.

Besides that, P463 is a fuel level code... one that is typical of a swap if the level sender was not swapped as well.

Finally, the one that concerns me is P0131. Either you have a leaky exhaust before the O2 sensor, or you are running lean, which could be due to a fueling issue, or vacuum issue.

    Edit:
What were the conditions for each log? How did the car act?
As well, can you provide a few pictures of the engine, as it is now?
I'm still convinced that the big issue here is a physical failure on the car, from a part added or not added during the swap.

    It all makes sense now....
Before you go into anything too deep, you'll have to delete the automatic transmission off the PCM. As far as I know, it's just a matter of setting the automatic transmission codes to disabled.

Also, when you did the swap, did you wire the PCM so that it will 'see' the transmission as being in drive at all times?

Well, maybe return everything back to how you had it, with respect to the transmission.
As well, you will still want to delete the solenoid and torque converter codes.

Once everything is done, maybe post up another log.
