Support email delays 6/25-7/6 and 7/8-7/13

For personal reasons and our yearly company meeting you may see email delays on the above days , if you've sent an email to support or to me directly please expect a response email between the 6th and 8th or after the 13th as I catch up on any remaining emails.

    Thanks for your understanding,
    Bill

I am badly in need of a beta version as well so I can tune this 2010 Camaro, because I don't have the Definition for it. I have sent in my read and VCM Suite info.

Only the company meeting dates(8th-13th) would possibly delay interface repairs but if we've already received the interface at our CA location it likely won't have any effect on you.

The usual link for the beta is broken. Does this mean something pleasant? Like a big upgrade? Regarding the file name, what does the "CK" mean?

The link I recieved worked for my one computer at home and my laptop, but I have another laptop that I use and carry with me everywhere and it wont let me download the link. Is there a limit to how many computers I can use this on?

    Suite requirements

    Bill or ? ,

My old cpu died and have replaced it with new Lenovo with 64 bit Vista.
Have HPT Pro and it came with 2.2.18 which I upgraded to 2.20 to do my
08 HHR SS with LNF engine on my old dead cpu.
Downloaded the latest software which says it is for Vista but does not
mention 64 bit. Try and run Editor and program can NOT find the interface.
Plug usb only in and get green power led but device mgr shows drivers
are not loading and appear not to be on orig CD and can find NO PLACE
on web site to download them. Appears drivers may be my problem.
    Anyone any ideas???

Go into the VCM Suite Help and go to Installing the Software and you will find that the drivers are located in there in a zipfile. Download and save it to your computer. You will find these steps that are below in there.

    Steps:

If FTDI A,B are seen and not HP Tuners MPVI Channel A, B, right click on FTDI A and uninstall. Do the same for FTDI B.
    Unplug the MPVI.
Unzip the USB driver files (if you downloaded them).
    Plug the MPVI back in.
This time when Windows finds a new device, manually select the drivers in the unzipped folder or CD.

Thanks for the reply. All went well until my new cpu with 64 bit Vista
INSISTED on a signed driver and would NOT install the found drivers. Would
not let you override like XP does. I guess there is the F8 mod but I switched
rather than fight unless Bill or someone comes up with a answer.

I used a new Netbook with stripped version of XP and everything loaded
    fine and worked fine.

    Thanks for your help.

No more pm's guys, email support.

BTW I currently have about 800 emails in my inbox to go through so it will likely take well into the week of the 13th to go through them all and catch up with NEW ones that will continue to pour in.
