I recently had a customer come back for changes in his tune that I had created back in April.
I had flashed this truck several times with no issues.
06 GMC 3500 Duramax LBZ.
I get Security access denied Error 11 unknown.
I tried pulling fuses, returning to stock etc. No Sucess.
I sent this info to [email protected] but no response.

Try reading & then programming the vehicle. Error 11 is not an error code in the pcm so we don't know why this happens occasionally but usually reading & then programming the vehicle works from my experience with this error.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I got this Error 11 on two LBZs I had and then I did read the computer and programmed it and the ECMs were blown.....so...I believe this is an error with HP Tuner's software. I have looked into EFI Live and from what I have read do not have this problem.
I installed the Beta Software, read the truck and sucessfully reprogrammed the truck.
what beta software?
