I was able to tune mine, just did a few trans tweaks. Note- write calibration only will fail, if it does, do a "write entire". I used beta version of HPT,

But I can’t read the calibration it give me note that I have to send the VIN number to the support

I've responded to your email 2.22 should at least be able to read out the pcm, if not we need a vcm suite infolog while connected to the vehicle along with a screenshot of the error you are getting so we can further assist you.
