wont write after loaded a tune and trying to change

This is on my new 06 LBZ
I read and saved my stock tune, made a tow tune that needs adjustments so trying to load stock tune back and it wont work
keep getting a security codes denied error. unknown 11
under gathering information it says recovery
validating license is complete
requesting access failed and get the error any ideas?

I read the ecm and it re wrote the stock program then.
Whats going with HP to cause us to do this on LBZ's? waiting 11mins for the read to change tunes is a pain!
