No, the 6.5 trucks still had the old style ECM with the EPROM. At least the 97 2-door with the 6.5 TD I have in my lot is that way.
No, the only EPROM equipped 6.5TD's were 1994,1995.
1996+ are all Flash ECM's, unless you had a specific HD or cab/chassis unit that didn't make the cut at 1996.
We have/make the only reprogramming software available at this point...
