    Grand Am Transmission Questions

I started tuning our 99 GA yesterday for grins and giggles. My big hang up is the transmission. I tried some of the things that I've done to our 4L60E's, and it made low speed shifts worse, all shifts take longer, and high rpm low load shifts insanely hard. Went back to stock, and it shifts just fine.

I've attached the No TM tune with no trans mods aside from TM, and the one that I modded and was very unhappy with.

I noticed in the Performance shift pressure, it was all 0's, where the normal pressure had values. Same with shift times. It also seemed that decreasing desired shift times just made the shift take longer. Am I just missing something? I'd of thought it would be about like tuning a 4L60E.

Figured it out.....not sure why it didn't work the first time, but adjusted the shift pressures up higher yet (than I normally would have) using the Russ K method and it is shifting MUCH better over stock. Also put all the trans TM back in.
