    Need some help with shifting

I had a fully built tranny installed a month or so ago. I took the car to the track last night and this is what she did.

    Reaction Time .052
    60' 1.74
    330 4.71
    1/8 ET 7.34
    1/8 MPH 95.46
    1000' 9.50
    1/4 ET 11.38
    1/4 MPH 119.47

People in the stands told me the car sounded like it was a manual being granny shifted. I need some help speeding up the shifts and would like someone to take a look at the other shift parameters. I am a complete noob and am learning little by little. Tune is attached.

try putting back the gear changes to around 0.200. Anything lower and the computer defaults if im not mistaken... increase the pressure upshifts to your liking and that should get some snappier shifts... also as per the legend of trans Russ K always said, increase the TCC duty cycle max to 100 and min to 90...

Check to see if I made the changes correctly. I changed the TCC to 100 and 90, shift to .20 across the board, but did not change upshifts as the table looks odd and I dont know if I should go up or down by 10% or what. here is the file with my changes.
