    6l80E TCC stuff.

    since the TCC stuff doesnt have the support the 4l60e/4l65E/4l80E what are some suggestions as far as locking and unlock under WOT for these things?
    this is one of the only things in the trans tuning i havent messed with.

    would it just be best for 1/4 and other things just not let it lock in WOt until 5th?

    My Camaro would lock up at 100 to pick up a little more in the 1/4 mile.

    Locking the converter in the lower gears at lower speeds will always help performance....., but it is hard on the converter and should only be practiced while racing and not while just driving around. .5 second increases in 1/4 mile times is NOT uncommon. I do it all the time with the diesel app. trannies that I build.
