Wot shifts hitting rev limmiter ???

i keep messing with it and can not get it
have rev limiter at 6800
231 234 .643 .598 cam
forged 346
built trans, 3600 stall
can not get it from going from 1-2 or 2-3 without hitting limiter.
messed with a lot bassed on other cars with same mods.
