or anywhere for that matter. every time i try to open a .cfg file it will open the scanner and say "unable to parse log."
i am having troubles with my LC1 WB, and have tried opening a couple .cfg's that ppl have posted to help me out, but every time is gives the same "unable to parse log" message. why is this?
Its because .cfg files are a configuration they are NOT a log hence you cannot open them as such, you need to open the scanner then either click & drage the SAVED config file into the scanner or opent he scanner & click the file-open config drop down.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I got the problem 'unable to parse log' and tried the click and drag, but it will not let me drop it in the scanner. I also have some saved but when I do the file open from the scanner, I can't find the file. The only way I can see them is if I open the hp tuner from my documents. I'm not understanding something?
