need just a little help rpms go to 1300-1400 >>

It's my first time tuning a cammed car and everything is going pretty smoothly. Its a 02 z28, with a tr224, most boltons, and a 3600 edge converter. The only problem im havin the rpms go to 13-1400 when putting the car in drive or reverse. After I press the brake it goes back to 750 rpms like its suppose to. It will pull itself like this until you come to a complete stop. Any tips or suggestions?

Start back over with a stock tune, that one is quite butchered. Your idle airflow is way too high, your idle RPM table is set the same (and should not be) across the temp range and from p/n to gear, timing tables have flat tops with no changes to idle, VE is high, and so on.
