Yet another gear ratio change question

I have read up on all the gear ratio change threads in this section, but my trans still shifts a bit strange when I make the adjustment as recommended.

I am running a stock 99 Grand Prix GTP pcm with a 99 GT transmission and I'm trying to get the PCM to play nice with the trans.

When I change the gear ratio to 3.69 leave the tire size the same and leave the sprocket ratio at 1.121 and dont auto scale the trans tables I get the best results but the tranny still does not feel quite right, If I auto scale the trans settings the shifts are really strange.

Am I missing something, I'm not just doing a gear ratio (chain)change in a gtp trans like the others, I have a whole gt trans in my car. Is there another setting that I'm overlooking.

I know it can be done, I have a DHP PCM that has the correct settings in it to make it work I just cant read it because it does not have a valid OS #

Never mind, I found someone with a powertuner to make the changes and all is well.
