Lots of variables come into play with vehicle weight, gear ratio, transmission and camshaft
That is what happens when you have an efficient cylinder head along with a cars that are heavy like tanks. Almost every factory cam'ed Camaro, G8 with have KR on the factory tables. If you lower the timing around peak torque you can put a few degrees of timing in on the top end. If you don't it will rattle from peak torque all the way to redline
