i have a 05 mustang gt manual and just out of curiousity, what is the tps supposed to read at WOT? i know on a lot of cars it doesnt read 100% but mine only goes to 77%. its probably nothing but im curious to see what its supposed to be, thanks.

It's read off of a % of 5 volts, so if you're hitting 4.1x volts when pedal position is at max, then that would be 82%. I generally see around 77x counts range on the Mustangs at WOT, so that would equate to approx. 3.8 volts, which would be approx. 76% throttle, so I'd say you're perfect.
Keep in mind, there is a "Max Throttle Angle vs. RPM" that can/will limit you. Most on the Mustangs show this (just set the entire table to 82, if you haven't already):
Code:RPM Throttle Angle 800 40.000 1000 44.000 1250 52.900 1500 62.600 1750 70.000 2000 75.000 2250 79.300 2500 82.000 4000 82.000 5500 82.000 6000 82.000 6250 82.000 6250 82.000 6250 82.000 6250 82.000 6250 82.000

thanks for the info. i took of my intake tube and watched it with the key on and it looks like it open all the way so i think im good, just curious.
btw i should have listened to you about not buing long tubes if im under 500hp. i put on pypes LT's and didnt make the car anyfaster at all. i had to add almost 10% fuel in some places to richen it back up to 12.8 so i figured i would have to gain something but nada. dissapointed. ill be doing the comp stage 2 nsr's next week so that better get me some good power.
I usually look at actual throttle angle pid (in degrees) to know what an 05+ car is doing.
