I'm pretty sure the pid is pcm limited to 155 or 160 mph, no changing that.

Because its been soooo long since the last public release there really are too many changes to even mention in reality, new tables for nearly every platform since 2.22, new scanner engine, new editor code will likely make it into 2.24, tons of new vehicle support, etc. All told its more of a rebirth of 2.2x

Are you going to remove the 65535 frame limit?

The new scan frame limit is 9,999,999 frames. However, there seems to be some overflow/save issues past 7 mil frames on my PC. If you end up scanning that many frames you may not be able to save your data, but you'd still be able to view it in the scanner w/o it crashing.

7 mil frames at 20 frames per second is 97.2 hours.. so that's more than a 24 hour Le Mans, so you enduro racers are all good....

Is that in the current build and does it carry over to the MPVI-Pro unit without a firmware flash (just a config flash)? Are you getting much of this "System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array." ? I am. I would've suspected a .net config/update error but I have windows 7 with all the latest updates.

Has the inclusion of the new gauge pod upped the min system requirements by a whole lot? Anti-aliasing is kick ass tho. Nice and smooth.

New beta seems to have fixed any scanner unhandled exceptions.

By hitting "continue" enough times for the exceptions, I got to see the new gauges.. They looked sweet..

Time to download the latest build and see if I can use it again.
97 Grand Prix GTP (not going to bother listing mods in detail) 1 messed up 97 PCM with about 30-50% of a 2003 calibration and parts of a few others.

na, we have the info just a matter of getting it in the code. The new scanner engine already has provisions to scan late model dodge pcm's(scanned my 06 Caravan tonight) so theres really not much more work to go.

Cool beans. I'm really hoping you guys are adding some decent tables to the 3.8L GM engines. We need the other boost tables!

Onboard SD would need another controller.. If anything it'd require a SD card reader connected to the USB port of the MPVI.. That being said, the MPVI pro might not be able to supply power via usb to the SD card reader, and that could require a (simple) cable that splits the usb into data and power connectors. It would definately be a lot more complicated than that, I'm just speaking in terms of hardware.

The coolest thing would be allowing the eio inputs to control certain VCM controls like lock TCC or clear DTC. Or failsafe values in the VCM controls, like.. turn (off) TCC PWM ON when Speed = 10mph or Gear=1. But now we're just getting into feature requests.. and theres a separate forum for that!
