If I remember correctly, you have a fairly small cam, why is your idle kPa at 65-67 and 625 rpms? I have a fairly large cam and that is what my kPa is at 850 rpms.

What is your idle timing set at?
Maybe you need to post a tune, log and mods
Something doesn't seem right.
Are you using a wideband on this?
