I've got a 2001 camaro 3.8 and when tuning for ve/maf, I turn off l"learn fuel trims" in the vcm controls tab in the scanner. But I still get stfts. I imagine they are messing up my afr error %'s. Am I right? How do I turn them off?

2001 3.8 v6 camaro, T5, ford 42lb green top injectors, grand national .63 a/r turbo. 8psi. stock motor, ngk tr6 plugs (one step colder) 91 octane.
2001 4.3 zr2 s10. daily driver, 31" tires, 4x4, cat! and exhaust. looking for mpg.

i have the closed loop disabled, exactly like u said... but when i log it still tries to do fuel trims. it will do the ltft's until i click on disable fuel trims, but then it will still show stft's no matter what.
