You can heat the tip with a propane torch. It will burn off most of the crap and seems to revive some of them that are on their way out. These guys have pretty fair prices: http://www.oxygensensor.net/widebandsensors.php

Thanks. Gong to order me another sensor. Now if I can get this damn car running good I will be happy. Was running the WB through the EGR ( 03 Vette ) . Then decided to use it through the EIO and get that set up. Never could get the WB reading to correlate with the scanner through the EIO. Back to running it in the EGR. Along the way I found out that my PID has been wrong for my AFR error. I had been using

    ([PID.2811]/.480287467)+8.5]-[SENS.121])/[SENS.121]

    instead of

    100*([PID.2811]/.480287467)+8.5]-[SENS.121])/[SENS.121]

the problem with this is it now says Im 2-300% of AFR error. There is no flipping way. 13xxafr does not equal 2xx.xx% of afr error. So im ordering a new sensor so I can eliminate that from the problem equation.
