    getting code p0512 on a LS3 swap w?GMPP LS3 E67 ECM

Hi guys I need some help,

I am getting these codes p0512 Starter Signal Circuit and p0102 MAF or VAF A Circuit Low Input on my LS3 swap using a GMPP E67 ECM.

Here's the scenerio. I connect the battery, and crank the engine and it starts for about 3 seconds, the rpm goes up to 2000 and it shuts off.

after it shuts off I try cranking it again and it wont start.
I then check with a noid light the injectors and nothing blinks. also now I have no spark either.
But if i disconnect the battery and reconnect it and try to crank it, the engine runs again for like 3 seconds and then shuts off.
this is a GMPP LS3 E67 ECM it shouldn't have a VATS in it.
it feels like to me there is something turning off the spark and injectors in the ecm.

    I also have a HPTuners
how can record those 3 seconds on my hptuners?

OK now I put the stock GMPP LS3 E67 tune file back in.
I went on Engine Diagnostis then on tab DTC's and unchecked P0512
then I went to System General tab and disabled the Starter Diagnostic.

now I saved it and did a Write Entire to the VCM.

Just to make sure it did change the settings I read the VCM and it did change the setting to the settings I selected.

Now I crank the engine and still it does the same thing. It starts then shut's off.

I put my Actron Super Auto Scanner CP9145 to check the codes and it says
    system pass:
    no faults detected.

Yeah I did. I was using the wrong operating system. My engine harness was built for a 2008 TBSS. Once I installed the correct OS it started right up.
BTW that was about 9 yrs ago
