    Question 2007 TBSS tuning problem...

I have been trying to tune my wifes 2007 TBSS and when I hooked up my MPVI Pro to read the file, all was good even read engine until it was reading TCM and under "Requesting Access" i got the FAILED message with TCM Security Access Denied - Exceeded Number of Attempt, I tried over and over again with standard protocol when reading a file and nothing
Can someone lend a helping hand here . I can tune all other vehicles but not this one...

    I would agree.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

The reason I replied is I did a tune on one guys truck a while back and he went to a local shop to dyno, and they told him they could not look at the tune for the same reason and I know for a fact I did not lock it. I did use the beta to put the tune on though...

    Question

Just tried this again and this is what I got ...
    Requesting access failed
Security access denied exceeded number of attemps.

I was trying to do the write entire but this is how it shows up

    Read Entire-- in black
    Write Calabration only-- in gray
    Write Entire-- in gray
    Write Vin/Tuner Lock/Vats-- in gray
    Change Vin-- in black
    Relink Vats-- in black

So how am I to choose the" write entire" opption if I cant choose it
    Might this be my problem
