ABS light and brake like came on after adjusting for taller tires?

Well a buddy has and 07 GMC sierra 4x4. He had a lift installed and put a set of 35's on it and the speedo was way off so we just changed the tire height and the speedo seems right and all the tires are the same size, but after you get above 45mph the ABS and Brake light come on and since they use common sensors I figured it was the same issue. Has anyone ever ran into this and what did you do to resolve it? Thanks for any help.
