03' Silverado 5.3/4L60E: ETC injector disable & Trans desired torque

Hey Guys, a few quick questions.

2003 Silverado 5.3/4L60E

Engine > Torque Managment > ETC Injector Disable or Power-Hope Inj Disable

I think I remember reading somewhere that one of the modes needed to remain 0, but I can't find where I saw that. Anybody know anything about it? Can all modes be maxed to disable features?

Transmission > Torque Managment > General - Desired Torque

This here says it's an offset for the ETC torque limits, only the 600 & less rpm cells actually have numbers here. Any benefit to modifying this table? Should it all be maxed to 100 or min to 0? If all cells min to 0 will it just reference the Engine ETC TPS max table?
