    More timing = less detonation

Has anyone else encountered the situation where you arent running enough timing (especially in boost) and you get spark knock? I was tuning my truck and was down to almost no advance and thought this cant be right, so I set it back to 10-12 degrees and whoola! No more knock.

    comments?

I have seen that when I have the car too rich for sure. How did you make out with the other issue you had from one of your previous threads:

The VE table I was using for reference was very very rich, near 20% too rich. With plenty of passes I finally got it somewhat dialed in. This is the tune I am running now with a 2bar SD OS.
