It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Yes basically i was trying to tune a file i read from my PCM several weeks ago. I did a fresh read and then changed my revs per mile and it worked fine.

    What gives?

Why does HP tuners says erasing the TCM and then programming the TCM when I didnt make any changes to it? All I did was change my revs per mile field.

Because when you have a file that has both a pcm & tcm cal in it you must write both the pcm & tcm.

It will write whatever is in the file, if nothing changed it will still write to it, just nothing will change.
