Swapping Trannies with a Friend

I am planning on swapping a guy with his 6spd setup for my a4 setup. However he does not want to swap me PCM's. What would be the easiest way to go about doing this?These are both 99+ Fbodies. Would I just pull both files and do a write entire to both pcms (mine to his and vice versa) and then compare and change all the Tunning parameters back to how we had them in each of our cars or is there an easier way?

Easiest way is to swap pcm's, once you write entire both pcm's it's like you've swaped them. But yes for both cars to function properly you need to write entire.
