    use unused sensor inputs

It would be nice to have a way to use unused sensor inputs for other things. One example would be, if you don't use the rear o2 sensor, use the input for that for a wideband or any other extra thing you want to use. It would be much more convenient than taping into the box on the cable. That way you can log a wideband or whatever, and be able to take the cable and everything out and not have to unhook everything. I've used other programs that did this. being able to wire everything into the PCM makes it very nice on customer cars.

You can. Log the rear O2 sensor voltage and create a transfer function to change the voltage going into the PCM to a wideband reading. The problem is the O2 sensors are 0-1V ranges, so you'd have to program the wideband to use a 0-1V range as well. The only ones I know of that have this ability are the Innovate widebands.

I use the EGR input for a fuel pressure sensor. There are ways to do it, but it does add to the amount of info you are trying to stream from the PCM.

It would be nice to have the ability to use a sensor with a 0-5v range though. I know it is possible to do. It would be nice to have the conversion "built in" already.

How do you know it is possible to alter a 0-1V input to accept 0-5V input?

Because ECM link does it on Mitsubishi ECUs. You can hook an AEM Uego (0-5v output) into the input for the rear o2 and there is a provision in the program that lets you change the rear o2 input into the wideband input so you can log it.

Can you give more information on how to do this?
    What fuel pressure sensor, etc?

I wasn't aware our GM vehicles were using Mitsubishi ECUs.
