G6 Overhaul

Hey everyone. Kinda got some questions I am hoping to get some help with. I am currently working on a 2005 G6 auto. 3.5L. What I want to do is drop the auto and 3.5 right into the river.. (jk) and put in either THESE two options.

A Series II or III supercharged
OR
a 3900 and drop a turbo on it.

Now my concerns are mainly the BCM. I know that we can probably get the BCM to work with the 3.9 and PCM.. But will we be able to get a 3800 SC in there and the BCM will still work as normal.

Another MAIN question is, can the security be disabled on the newer PCMs?

And ONE more that I need help with.. When did GM change their PCMs? I know that all 98-03 are supposedly the same.. did they change in 04?

I have no idea the mod potential of the 3.9 but the 3800 is well supported with aftermarket goodies
