Can HPTuners do J2534 pass-through?

I've been looking around and was curious if the HPTuners cable could act as a J2534 pass-through cable? I'm guessing no, but if it prevents me from having to buy another 500 dollar cable then that'd be convenient

I'm just needing the ability to flash a complete OS onto any PCM with a correct VIN/OS pair with tis2web files. I've had this issue quite a bit lately so being able to just fix it on the spot without taking the pcm/car to the dealer and having them use a tech 2 would be nice. Anyways, figured I'd ask.
