I am doing a 0411 pcm swap in my 96 vortec 5.7. I have a used v6 calibrated 0411 pcm. After I flash my base express van file, what is my credits liscensed to? The Vin that is previously in the pcm? The Vin I flash in? Or just the pcm itself? I am debating on just flashing it myself or buy it already flashed. Anybody?
The vcm id number unique to every pcm.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

what happens if the vcm id is all 000000000's
if you licence it .. will it ask you to licence it again next time you try and flash
