AP Key wont work and i cant log in to hptuners.com

i got a new laptop and have the hp tuners installed but cant seem to find the email you sent me with the application key number...

i have the interface 1098980421 if that helps...

i need an application key as my old laptop was destroyed and i cant retieve it from it...
