    MPVI wont connect to VCM

I keep getting an error message when attempting to flash or scan my vehicle

    i have tried reinstalling drivers
have gone thru windows trouble shooting
have both channel A and Channel B show up in my hardware manager, but no connection

I have flashed my GM car with this MPVI several times and even tried connecting to my Ford and a friends suburu, and no luck, not even for scanning/diag purposes

    please help!

It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

also the scanner should work on all vehicle OBD even if not supported?

Yes but only when going to and from cobalt 2.0 ss/sc's.

Scanner is designed to work with vehicles on our supported vehicles list.
