2010 camaro no 2-3shift

I got a crazy car, It was previousy tuned by me. got a new converter. when I change any parameter on the trans I doesnt shifts 2-3 it doesnt care how low I go on the 2-3 table... when I go to the old file (the same one I did 1 month ago) it shifts a little higher but it shifts

do you have any idea what is my porblem?

What size stall did you go to?

Try bring down the shift times in the Shift time torqure adder table.
