VCM Suite 2.0.16 Available Now!!

Over the next few days you will all notice 2.0 downloads on your customer login page.

Uninstall 1.x first
Make sure you uninstall VCM Suite 1.x BEFORE you install 2.x. 1.x and 2.x are completely different software engines. 2.x software uses nothing from the 1.x installers or its CD.

Be Patient
If you see that others have received their download and you haven't yet, do NOT e-mail us.. please wait a few days for us to get around to you.

Software Update Periods
If you have a question regarding the software update period expiration date, then e-mail me direct. Do not e-mail support.

Hopefully if any common issues arise we can add it to our FAQ and then just link users to the individual response to help those who are having problems.

Installed 2.0

Got above error message.......

Went back and tried to install 1.7x, and it worked fine.

Why did you uninstall V1.7? I did not do that, nor did I have problems getting V2.0 to work. I always recalled that you needed to install software updates over existing software version ... V1.7 needs to be installed for V2.0 to work. Unless they changed this, I doubt, but ... ???

Well, maybe I am dreaming, but I read it indicated to uninstall 1.7 with Add remove programs somewhere...

Found where I read that .> >> > Note: If you currently have VCM Suite 1.x installed on your computer it is highly recomended you uninstall that first.
VCM Suite 2.0 also requires that you have Microsoft .net framework 1.1 installed as well. If you have received a VCM Suite 2.x CD, the installer is located there and is installed automatically when you insert the CD into the drive. <<<<<<< from the download page..

The uninstaller advised I was removing OCX files, so I kept them..

Then the 2.0 installer stopped at the missing .exe file from the .cab file...

This pretty much indicates that my download setup.exe is missing something. Not the harddrive.

What size is your 2.0 installer? Mine is 3.1 meg... My last 1.7x update was 4.8 meg...

I am sure Chris or Keith is working on it.

For others, it is recomended you uninstall 1.x software before you install 2.x software. The customer login page also states this.

I have isolated the problem that FastFieros is having. It will affect some other downloads as well. I have fixed all these issues. The new updates for those affected should be available shortly.
