2001-2005 GP tranny swap?

Looking for some tuning experts to let me know what I have to do for this conversion.

Will the 2005 PCM control the 2001 tranny, and if not, what will I need to change?

How about the 2001 PCM controlling the 2005 tranny? Is this going to be more work than I think?

No. The tranny and TCM changed in 2003. A rewire is possible. But you really dont want a 2001 tranny anyways. The splines on 4 gear are made of butter.
