    MPVI PRO repair

can i send my mpvi pro back to get repaired or am i screwed???

it still works fine with no problems and i am still tunning without any issues....BUT..... the usb cable where it attaches to the box...there is a black plastic hilding 4 small wires that contact the cable end....and the small plastic let go and fell...so if the cable wiggles or moves in exces it will lose comunication...i have purchased over 500 licences with it...and dont want to start all over again...any help would be appreciated..

who do i send it out to and what would be the repair cost...

    thanks

I have had a few repairs on mine and have always just emailed Bill ( support@hptuners) and he has gotten me set up.

even if it couldnt be repaired and they have to charge you for a new one you wont lose your licenses I dont feel... just be clear that you have that many licenses and dont want to lose them in your correspondence

As stated contact support and we'll walk you through the process.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
