    2.4 Solstice with 60 lbs injectors, new help for injectors maps

    I have a '06 Solstice 2.4L

    and I change the injectors for 60 lbs

    I need help to know how to recalibration the injectors map

    offset vs volts vs map
    offset vs volts vs vac
    flow rate modifiers

    if someone could tell me how to resize those map or could share a good excel file for those tables, it would be really appreciate

    I would start by adding what brand of injectors , their part # and what fuel pressure you will be running them at to your post.

    without those things there is so much guessing involved you wont get many replies if any
    PB's 1/4 mi 12.21 117.75 trap ,1/8 mi. 7.779 93.99trap , 1.949 short time (FWD W body)

    Siemens Deka 60 lbs

    the fuel presssure is stock 45 psi

    Stock Pressure is not 45 psi on a solstice...it's 58psi +/- 2psi. the Siemens are rated at 60-65lb/min at 45psi...so you basicaaly have to tell the ECM you have `79lb/min injectors...The hardcode limit on the E67 is 64ish.

    Search for "LSJ Injector Spreadsheet".
    You should be able to extract some data from that spreadsheet to help you out.

    this is not the same

    2.4L LE5, don't use the same tables

    so I take only the value that are near to the one I need?

    something I want to know who made the 60 lbs original spread sheet?, does this person could do one for E67?

    The E67 has at least two different styles of Inj. Constant tables...depending on Make/MY. one is "vs. KPA Manifold" and another is "vs. Delta Pressure" either way the solution is the same process, just different numbers sets, therefor requiring different spreadsheets
