    MPVI connection problem

I havnt used my HP tuner software in about three months and now when i try to connect to my interface it says it cannot be found or is not responding. Is there some update that i missed over the last few monts? the only thing i can think of is maybe reinstall the drivers, but it always worked fine before now. I looked in my device manager and i have both Channel A and channel B but they do have the yellow caution sign by them. Here are some of my system details:

    Operating System: windows7 64bit

VCM Suite Product: VCM Editor 2.23.3776.27961 Beta

as far as i know there have not been any windows updates, but i am not the only person using this computer.

when I plug in the interface to my PC the Power light comes on, and it also comes on when it is plugged only into the OBDII port.

I am about to try reinstalling my drivers but I am pretty sure this will not fix the problem. so anyone have any ideas?

    thanks
    Chris

Install the signed drivers found here http://www.hptuners.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5228
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
