New MPVI Pro and transferring Credits

My unit has taken its toll over the past 4 years. Cars have driven over it, changed the USB cable countless of times, and it's started to hang once in a while...

What would be the process of getting a new MPVI Pro unit and transferring all my previous credits onto the new one?

What kind of down time would I be looking at?

I think they should work out a deal that if you send in your old unit, so you cant resell it with the credits, that they could give you a new one with your credits already transfered.

It may be possible. I think they do something similar when you upgrade from a normal to a Pro MPVI. You end up with a new serial number, but your licenses transfer over. They'd probably just charge you to do it.
